Mother Moves Children in with Convicted Male Prostitute
Father Seeks Court Intervention

Joliet, IL - On January 6th 2009, Judge Joseph Polito will decide whether to grant an Extended Emergency Temporary Restraining Order for a father seeking to protect his two young children ages 2 and 5, who are believed to have been placed in care of a convicted male prostitute and proprietor of an elicit website.  The hearing is scheduled for 9:30AM in Courtroom 306 in the Will County Courthouse.

The mother had previously been awarded an Order of Protection against the father by a different judge with no notice to the father of the court hearing.  This manipulation of the court system enabled the mother to effectively disenfranchise and bar the father from seeing his children.

According to court documents, it is believed by the father’s counsel that the children are living with the mother and her two brothers.  The older brother, age 30, had been arrested and pled guilty to being a male prostitute and operates an “adult” website called HottCrush.com.  In addition, it is believed that the younger brother, age 28, had engaged in sexual activities with the mother.

To reverse this problem, attorney Jeffery Leving and veteran litigator Joseph Sparacino filed for an Emergency Petition for a Temporary Restraining Order against the mother on behalf of the father.

“It was brought to our attention that our client’s two young children were being subjected to an unhealthy and dangerous home environment – we had to act swiftly for their safety,” said Joseph Sparacino, said one of the father’s attorneys.

“Due to the time-sensitive nature and the egregious circumstances surrounding this case, we are working diligently to resolve this situation,” said Jeffery Leving.
