Good Dads, Bad Dads: Jeffery Leving Discusses Paternity Problems of Athletes on ESPN-TV with Former NBA Player Dennis Scott

Chicago, IL (March 16, 2009) –- Chicago-based Fathers’ Rights Attorney Jeffery Leving
(www.dadsrights.com) will be a guest on ESPN-TV’s Outside the Lines, hosted by Bob
Ley this Tuesday at 2:00pm (CST) / 3:00pm (EST) on ESPN and on Wednesday at
2:00pm (CST) / 3:00pm (EST) on ESPN 2 with form NBA Player Dennis Scott. They
will discuss professional athletes and paternity, most notably, the current paternity
problems of former NFL running back, Travis Henry, and former NBA player, Jason
Caffey.

“These two cases are very unfortunate. But, they don’t represent all professional athletes.
I have represented many professional athletes who are responsible fathers; but they don’t
get extensive publicity because they are good dads,” said Jeffery Leving.
Jeffery Leving is also the founder of the not-for-profit Fatherhood Educational Institute
(www.Fatherhood-edu.org) of which former NFL player Gordon Bell is an advisor. The
Fatherhood Educational Institute is launching a program designed to educate young
athletes to avoid being exploited by predatory women who are looking for their next meal
ticket.

“The young athletes suddenly find themselves surrounded by beautiful women. They’re
not mature and savvy enough to understand the consequences. They don’t see casual sex
as a trap. They think it’s an opportunity too good to be missed, and they end up the
victims,” added Jeffery Leving.
