Ashley N. Isaacson received her Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago after graduating with two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Mrs. Isaacson earned her degrees with Highest Distinction at Michigan. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
While at Michigan, Mrs. Isaacson researched the effect of bonding, father-child attachment and its role in custody matters. That research served as a springboard for her work in the family law field, to which she has devoted her highly successful career exclusively focused on divorce and parentage matters.
Mrs. Isaacson is an ardent advocate for the rights of her clients and won numerous courtroom victories. A deep knowledge of family law and devotion to the practice of law form the foundation of Mrs. Isaacson’s successes, which center on clients obtaining sole custody in high-conflict divorce cases.
She has defended clients from adverse findings by the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS); protected children from domestic violence; and, in an exceptional case, secured custody for a military officer stationed in the Middle East.
Additionally, Mrs. Isaacson has presented at the Great Lakes Naval Base, instructing military personnel in matters regarding custody, visitation and child support.
